The IP application must be accompanied by a signed and dated statement from the applicant (owner or owner's legal
representative) that reads as follows:

Also want to mention, I have visited the site and conditions are unchanged, so I am able to withdraw the
disclaimer on my proposal. If it will help in getting the CA out more quickly or if you otherwise need it, I can
send a revised proposal with that taken off.

Attached is revised septic system proposal for Astoria Lot 25. The initial system proposal is unchanged since
pit 3 is in the drainfield area. I discussed this with the builder, and it will be important to keep the drainfield as
close to the house as possible if they are going to achieve gravity fall and avoid an effluent pump. Therefore, it
is not practical to locate the drainfield away from pit 3, so that pit will control LTAR as the most limiting pit.
I did increase the LIAR on the repair area to 0.3 based on the range for Group IV soils.

Please correct the soil sheet and if needed the design. The lowest Ltar that we can give a group 3 soil is 0.3,
pit 3 is the only pit that has group 4 soil described. Maybe the other pits had clay too?
