The initial system proposal is unchanged since pit 3 is in the drainfield area. I discussed this with the builder, and it will be important to keep the drainfield as close to the house as possible if they are going to achieve gravity fall and avoid an effluent pump. Therefore, it is not practical to locate the drainfield away from pit 3, so that pit will control LTAR as the most limiting pit. I did increase the LIAR on the repair area to 0.3 based on the range for Group IV soils. Let me know if you have any additional questions. The lowest Ltar that we can give a group 3 soil is 0.3, pit 3 is the only pit that has group 4 soil described. Maybe the other pits had clay too?
