Shower is plumbed to ground on neighboring property. Date of First Inspection: 3/24/2023 Environ. Health Specialist: Blake Perkins Inspection Report: Initial site visit found straight pipe of water/wastewater being discharged onto the surface of the ground. Notice of violation issued 3/30/23. Property owner initially said he would contact a plumber to plumb everything into the septic tank.
