Description of complaint The property located at 105 S. College Ave, Newton,NC 28658 owned by the
above titled individual, Fong Lor is unsanitary, unsafe for the elderly and
disabled especially, that live there. The tenants are also bullied by the property
manager, Rebecca Robinson and are made to feel that they cannot complain of
the issues in the house which are many without some "scolding" from her.
Roaches, bed bugs and "wolf rats as big as cats are regular guests there. The
issue with the rats was supposedly resolved by patching up huge holes in the
walls of the kitchen. The house does not meet code for a rental property in no
shape or form. This is an outrage! Is code enforcement not doing their job?
Elderly and disabled people are being taken advantage of and if there is no
response or results from this, it will be taken to the state housing authority and
the governor. thank you
