Do not grade, drive, fill or cut over septic system or repair area. Lot may be cleared of trees and underbrush as needed for installation.Any grading or cutting over system or repair that removes soil may result in revocation of permits. System is specified for 18"maximum trench depth. Septic system and future repair must be minimum: 50'from any individual well, 10'from property lines, 10'from any water or utility lines, 10'from any building foundation or retaining wall with drain. The initial system shall consist of a 1000 gallon septic tank with(4)76'trenches marked with pink, red,orange, and yellow flags in field.The actual line length is greater than 76' in field and was verified by EHS on 3/6/23. System and repair lines were laid out by Wendell Overby LSS. An additional 3"of cover must be brought in per specifications from LSS. See also attached site plan.
