Please HELP! I adore my Dunkin Doughnuts in Hickory NC on North Center Street,
Viewmont.I am a daily customer. Staff is awesome!! However,this morning 3/7/2023 I
went in(I never use drive thru)for my usual order and the lady who was at the register •
turned around and the back of her black t-shirt was covered in long gray hairs,she even had

them hanging from the sleeves. I gagged,lost my appetite. She was wearing a hair net. She
said, I've got sandwiches to make,I normally do not ring people up on.the register. OMGI
thank GOD I saw her and realized she was the sandwich maker! I immediately ran to the
red head who was multitasking and begged her to not let this person make my sandwich,
she accommodated,immediately by making the sandwich herself i discreetly explained
why I was requesting this favor.All day I have been disturbed by all the sandwiches that
went out of that location made by the lady covered in long hairs all over her clothes.Thank
God I went in and she just happened to be up front at that moment. Please have employees
wear clean,t shirts when serving food. Please,please.I can not even go back there because
it destroyed my experience and identity of Dunkin....it was so horrid!
