Description of complaint Got tattoo from individual,he is don't from his residence.His Environment is
not free if bacteria and germs.He is using a tattoo machine that isn't wrapped along with the chair and
arm rest not wrapped.He doesn't open the needle in front of you as well as razor that he got from back.
He ran out of ink cups which should be disposable,he used ink bottles and was dipping machine directly
into these which he did state he was going to throw away once he used.But the fact of not haring the
proper materials isn't safe, like how many times has he done or said this.He used a lighter to the needle
in the machine saying it makes it thicker rather than putting a clean and larger needle in the Machine.
Using the same paper towel over and over on the arm which is very unsterile.The whole environment is
not clean.Had boils come up on arm that was tattooed went to dr and they done test and looked under
microscope and came to conclusion I had skin infection due to dirty razor. I did notify him making him
aware of the situation due to I didn't want anyone else to get infected as this could be serious infection
He got very defensive and saying he done no wrong. Well the arm and dr have proof otherwise.I didn't
want money back or to pay for my dr or the antibiotics they have me own to fight this infection.But he
just didn't want to listen.I would like to make sure he isn't doing tattoos and spreading this to other
people
