It would be the entire length of the wall. The rest of the walls since no prep can be painted gloss paint but anywhere you will have prepping-baking-assembly needs to be FRP. The plumber suggested removing the current sink, and putting the can wash and a regular NSF hand wash sink in that space. I am attaching a drawing of the suggested installation - still need to know the minimum requirements for can wash, and also for water heater tank. The plumber said he can fit a 50 gallon in the back room ( indicated on drawing) The property owner is willing to begin work as soon as he/I see if it's financially feasible. Thanks!
