Hi All,
The homeowners of PIN # 4627-01-27-3061 currently addressed as 9244 Legrand Dr,
Terrell have requested an address change. Their final driveway placement is off of
Gordon St. They have requested a new 911 address off of Gordon St. The new address
for the parcel will be: 3596 Gordon St, Terrell NC, 28682. The home has recently
received a Building Final. If you can please update the permits to reflect the new
address to ensure that everything is properly linked.
