*Existing septic tank must be properly abandoned (pumped, crushed, and filled).
*Install new 1000 gal septic tank maintaining 5 feet of deck and 15 feet off of building structure (due to
basement).
*Replace cement lid for pump tank to prevent unnecessary water going into the tank.
