The existing septic tank has no cover and must be replaced as soon as possible. Until the new septic tank is
installed, ensure that the existing septic tank is appropriately marked to prevent persons from falling into the
septic tank. Upon installation of the new septic tank, the existing septic tank must be abandoned.

proper drainage away from the septic system, including the direction of gutter flows or foundation drains, is not approved, and
may result in failure to approve the initial system installation, or the suspension/revocation of existina permits.
