-To issue the a2-construction authorization we will need a signed and dated statement from the applicant (owner or
owner's legal representative) that reads as follows:
"The plans or evaluations attached to this application are to be used to issue a Construction Authorization in accordance
with G.S. 130A-335(a2), (a5) and (a6)." t
-Also Ashley has a permit condition that a plat showing the two lots combined be provided before permits are issued.
