Dear James,
Thank you for reviewing our project. We have addressed each of your concerns or
questions and have revised drawings when required to do so.
Building Review
1. James, a Type II hood is being provided as required. Please find enclosed
drawings for the hood from Captive Aire. The penetration through the roof is
existing so they will be utilizing that opening for the exhaust hood penetration.
George Brown, PE has provided a letter which I have attached that explains all
about the make -up air for this hood. The electrical requirements for this hood are
as described in the basic wiring diagram on the Captive Aire drawings. The
electrical work consists of a 115 volt wire run from the roof exhaust fan to Panel
#1 in the vacant side of the building ( the 2033 North Center St. address). In Panel
41 there is a 30 amp breaker 425 that it will be run to. The power for 2033 was
turned on Nov. 22, 2010 in the Brewry owners name.
