DISPECFION AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT d) Termination by the Contractor. I) The Contractor may terminate this Agreement for cause by giving written notice of intent to terminate this Agreement to the Ovyner and to the local health department thirty(30) days in advance of the date of termination.
