*Garage is currently located in front yard on top of drainfield. Garage is being relocated to backyard in order to
comply with County Code Compliance case. IIo'f
*Garage must be at least 5 feet from septic tank and drainfield. Dorput driveway to garage over septic tank or
drainfield.
*Large concrete pad in front yard (where garage is currently located) is over drainfield. It must be removed. Minimize
disturbance to septic system.
*Existing 4-bedroom duplex. Septic tank was located and was not failing at time of site visit. No guarantee is given to
the septic system's longevity.
*Based on the age of the lot, septic repair area is not required. Please note, however,that the only remaining space on
the property for a septic repair, is now impacted by the new garage location. It appears the lot has insufficient space
for a full repair for a 4-bedroom duplex.
*Do NOT cut, drive or fill over septic system.
*Garage must be 25 feet minimum from any well.
