Additional Specifications:
*Permit for partial septic system relocation due to barn and fence being placed on top of supply line and top 3
lines of septic system and deck post on top of existing septic tank (repair permit#2008-00262).
*Do not cut, drive, fill, or grade over septic or repair areas.
*Septic system must be 10 ft from property lines, 50 feet from wells, 5 ft from building foundations and
appurtenances, and out of right-of-ways and easements.
*Existing septic tank is partially under existing deck. Unhook existing septic tank and backfill with flowable fill
or reconfigure deck. Install a 1,000 gallon septic tank(risers required if top of tank is greater than 6 inches
below land surface).
*Supply line will have to be rerun from new septic tank to reconfigured lines. Must be sleeved in DOT culvert
pipe under driveway.
*Existing system consists of 4 lines at 75 ft long each. Top 3 lines will lose approximately 15 ft each. Cut
these lines off at least 10 ft from the barn and fence. Compact the area towards these appurtenances and set
new drop boxes for distribution and serial feed the new bottom line.
'Install 46 linear feet of 25%reduction system, proposed 1 line on contour.
*Final grade of septic area must shed surface water off and away from system.
*All gutter drains must be routed away from the septic system.
