Description of complaint Homeowner has been supporting a travel trailer with power and water in their
front yard for at least 6 months. They have been dumping their toilet tank
somewhere in the neighborhood, possibly in the woods behind the house. I
have personally seen them disconnecting the roll away tank but I have not
caught them emptying the tank. I am going to contact Duke power about the
long-term power connection to the house.
