*Failed inspection on 8/24. Pad for garage had already been poured and was on top of portions of both septic tanks and was within 5 feet of
the pump tank.
*Poured pad was 36 ft x 22 ft,with 4 sections that were 9 ft x 22 ft each.
*Existing septic tank is approximately 20 feet from flagged home.
*The 9 ft section that was either on top or encroaching on the tanks was broken up and removed. This section was placed on the other side of
the existing pad closer to the house,
*The current pad as of 10/24 inspection is no longer on top of the septic tanks and is greater than 5 ft from any parts of the septic system.
*Existing system was not failing at time of inspection. No guarantee can be given to the septic system's longevity.
*Do not cut, drive, fill,or grade over septic areas.
