6/23/22 installed the 2 subfields, both are vertical PPBPS with LPP distribution, field 1
has three lines at 30 ft, 50 ft, and 70 ft. field 2 has three lines at 52 ft, 50 ft, and 48 ft.
valve boxes installed for both subfields. tanks not installed yet due to rock in area
shown on permit.
6/30/22 installed 2 septic tanks(due to having to install a grinder pump because of rock
in proposed septic tank area)and 1 pump tank. ST1:shoaf1000, stb760, 5/17.
ST2: shoaf1000, stb760, 5/17. PT: shoaf1000, pt363, 5/23. supply line installed and
ball valve box installed.
10/24/22 installer had to fix riser and supply line that had been damaged by
landscaping. pump and alarm checked and pressure head set.
PERMIT CONDITIONS:
1.All maintenance, monitoring, &performance requirements shall be in accordance with 15 A NCAC 18.1900, Rule.1961
