Scott, hope all is well with you. We decided to wait until the end of this month to move and to be out of
Southern Sideboard by the end of the month Friday the 30th and start with the Hickory Sandwich Shop
on October the 3`d giving us the weekend to mover things over. We would like to coordinate so we have
very little downtime. We have a lot of bookings this time of year. We are planning on getting the
application pages needed to you by the 20th. I can run them down with a check. Let me know if that
works for you.

Hey Lorin, so yes got your message. So will anything change form the last application you filled out
recently? If not I can make a copy of all but pages 1,2 and 4. Just need to fill out those pages
only. There will still be a $250 charge unfortunately. Just shoot me back the two pages and a menu and
I will have Keisha or Julia call you for payment. Once I get those things then I can call you to meet with
you and Jack to go over some things. Let me know if you have questions.
