I have been retained to resolve a public health violation that exists on the above-referenced property. On or about September 14, 2022 a Notice of Violation On-Site Wastewater System was sent to you by a Catawba County Environmental Health Specialist stating that the above property is in violation of the Public Health Laws related to failing septic system, and you were asked to bring the system into compliance immediately. If these illegal conditions have not been remedied by August 2, 2023, I will have no recourse but to take legal action to correct the problem. In the course of this legal action, you may incur additional expenses including, but not limited to, attorney fees and court costs. BETTER, 4\Wr-r LieliS 3( We have been trying to have the septic repaired.We have been in contact with 5 companies. 1 company would not give a quote.The other 3 gave a quote and we were told we were on the repair list.Some months were rainy and we were told they were more behind and the grounds had to be dry to do our repair.Then they never came,and after some time quit responding to call or text. We are now on the 5th list with Waste Water Solutions and Design.The work is to be done mid to late January per the contractor. Good morning, My name is Trilby Gonzalez I reside at 2509 Compass St Conover, NC. I received a civil summons yesterday afternoon from your office and I do not understand what to do with it. Can you help with that? Also I have called before and left messages when we received a letter and since then. I have had several companies out with 1 turning down the job and 3 giving me quotes and we agreed upon and was told I was added to their list and have never heard back. I have called and texted them with no response. I have texted the last company again today to see where we are on that"list" but honestly I feel like it is with everywhere no one wants to do the job. It is complex. Any help would be appreciated. I did get a list of companies from one of the girls that is my friends sister that works in the permit department because I had talked about it with her 2 weeks ago. If Kool Park doesnt respond back today then I will start calling from the list. I do not know what else I can do. If you can be of any assistance that would be great. Thanks for your time.
