Spoke with owner yesterday.
He declined to verify if property lines were marked and said he would not dig test pits for soil evaluation since
they didn't make him do it in Lincoln County.
Said he would prefer to Terra lift the system which does not require a permit than pay for excavator to dig pits.
No site visit by myself or Steven Price.
Should be OK for a refund if he calls in for one.

I am no longer moving forwards with this permit. It has been 6 weeks and have not had a inspector come out. I
have made multiple phone calls and finally got ahold of someone yesterday. They told me i still have a long
road ahead of me until we can issue a permit. I was never told to have multiple pits dug and ready or needing
my property boundary's marked until the inspector spoke with me yesterday, 5 weeks after submitting permit. I
would like to go ahead and get a refund and i will be going the repair route instead.
