System Installation Comments: 7/25/22 System installation. Septic Tank: 1,000 gallon plastic infiltrator tank. Installed 4
lines of IQ4PS at 62 ft, 62 ft, 62 ft, and 62 ft(248 ft total). header ditch was originally
dug level with the trench bottoms which would allow a short circuit of the upper lines.
dirt was backfilled and compacted in the header ditch with the backhoe to try and form
dams between the lines. septic tank was originally set without risers or a filter in the
tank. both of these were added before being covered up. Final inspection 7/29/22.
