Additional Specifications:
Keep all parts of septic system minimum: 100'from any individual well, 10'from property lines, 10'from water
and utility lines, 15'from any cut for home with foundation drain(side slope). Lines to be installed on contour.
Lines were shot in by EHS and have been surveyed on site plan.
System to be installed in accordance with all manufacturer guidelines.
System will pump to a schedule 80 pressure manifold with 3 taps. The pump supply line will be 2".
Taps for the pink line shall be 1/2"schedule 40. Tap for the white line shall be 3/4"schedule 80. Tap for the blue
line shall be 1/2"schedule 80.
Blue line will be 30'with 7 panels.
Pink line will be 45'with 10 panels.
White line will be 60'with 14 panels.
Lines dosed at 3.6 gallon/panel for total dosing volume of 111.6.
Any grading, filling, or cutting over system area will result in revocation of permits. Well area is limited due to
100'required setback to septic system. Recommend owner contact licensed well driller prior to construction
activities to verify well location and accessibility for equipment. Septic installer shall call EHS at 828-244-0943 1
week prior to installation for a preconstruction conference.
Any deviation from the system area, proposed system type and number of bedrooms may result in revocation of
permits. The lot is repair exempt and no available space for a future repair system.
