Additional Specifications:
-Do not drive, grade, cut or fill over any portion of the septic system area.
' -Septic areas must remain 15 feet from overhead power lines, 50 feet from neighboring well(shown on site plan),
15 feet from building structure(on side), 5 feet from existing shed, and 10 feet from property lines.
-Install 362 feet of 25%reduction product according to manufacturer specifications.
-Install new 1000 gal pump tank. .
-Existing septic tank may be used if it is in good condition and meets current rules.
-If existing septic tank is not used it must be properly abandoned(pumped, crushed and filled).
*NOTE: supply line will be crossing a water line, the supply line MUST be installed 18 inches BELOW the
water line for a distance of 10 ft on each side of the crossing. .The supply line must be perpendicular to the
water line'
-Feed out of washer box with 4in PVC.
-Washer box should be a minimum of 70 gals,with the pipe making a 90 degree turn down inside the washer
box to prevent splashing.
-High Flow Splash plate MUST be installed on first trench.
