The accessory structure has to be outside of these setbacks, rear 5’ and side 10’ which you stated to me on the phone it is. If you will please draw the building on the one that is green
and mail it back to the permit center along with a check made out to Catawba County with your license number and expiration date in the amount of $25.00. Once the permit is issued your
signature is required on that document. If possible can the permit center e-mail it to you for your signature and then if you could mail or fax it back they would appreciate it. Should
