Date of First Inspection: 5/11/2022 Environ. Health Specialist: Robbie Phelps Inspection Report: Environmental Health was on site verifying compliance for another septic violation and found this septic system failing. Notice of Violation was mailed certified mail and regular mail to property owner on 6/22/2022; both were returned, undeliverable. Environmental Health was able to obtain owner's cell phone number and contacted him regarding violation. On 7/18/2022 property owner applied for septic repair permit.
