foundations and appurtenances;and out of right-of-ways and easements.
• If existing septic tank is structurally sound,existing tank may be used.Otherwise,existing septic tank
should be pumped,crushed in place and filled in,or removed.
• Install a new 1,000 gallon septic tank(if more than 6"deep add risers)
• Install a drop box and feed existing gravel bed drainfield before the new 25%reduction trenches.
• Prior to permit issuance, drainfield was laid out with laser level and flagged on site.Site plan drawing
included with permit represents field layout.Septic installer is to use permit drawing to identify approved
drainfield location.Drainfield is to be installed on contour in approved location. Installer is to call EHS prior to
installation if system cannot be installed as permitted.
• This permit is issued to expand the existing system from 100gpd to 360gpd.
