I am sorry to bother you again, however, over the weekend the seller of this lot decided she was not going to make any
concessions for the lot not being able to hold the house we wanted to build, so we terminated the contract. Fast
forward we are now under contract on 4232 Sigmon Cove Lot#4 Terrell NC. This is the lot that you sent me the expired
septic permit on. I hired Larry Thompson to inspect the soil and he said that it did perc and will hold the home we want
to build. So I will be filling out the paperwork for the improvement permit etc. and getting it up there to you. My
question is can you switch the money from the other lot to this one without having to refund the money and me writing
another check to you?Just let me know the best way to handle and I will have the paperwork up there this week. I
assume we have to go to the back of the line as well?Thanks for your help as well.
