Do not drive,grade,cut or fill over any part of the septic system area. -It is the responsibility of the property owner and/or builder to ensure the house placement complies with all horizontal septic setbacks. -Install 218 linear feet of vertical T&J panel system(10 panels per line). -Install new 1000 gal septic tank. -Vents ARE REQUIRED for deep install (one per line at mid point). -ALL parts of the septic system (this includes the septic tank) MUST be located at least 50 feet from any well. -Septic system must be 10 feet from property lines and 5 feet from building structures (this includes decks/pore hes). It is the responsibility of the applicant /property owner to insure that all Catawba County Planning/Zoning and Building Inspections requirements are met. This Authorization to Construct Pennit is subject to revocation if the site plan,plat or the intended use changes,or if site conditions arc altered.The Authorization to Construct Permit is not affected by a change in ownership of the property. This permit was issued in compliance with the provisions of the North Carolina Laws and Rules for Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems' (I SA NCAC I 8A.1900). Neither Catawba County nor the Environmental Health Specialist warrants that the septic tank system will continue to function satisfactorily for any given period of time.
