Description of complaint Cook let raw chicken and steak touch on same tray, uniform was dirty/looked
very unsanitary, grill was not cleared prior to cooking on it, floors extremely
dirty, pant leg touched the raw meat on the tray of the card he used, place was
very dirty overall.
