Since the municipal sewer line does not appear to be accessible to this property and the property owner has said they've been unable to get an easement through the neighboring property, our office is moving forward with a septic system repair. The owners may have spoken to someone in your office regarding a requirement to connect to the public sewer line. In order to access the public sewer line, this residence's plumbing would have to cross another property. Obviously necessary easements would need to be in place. In talking with the owners it seems as though the neighbor is unwilling to grant this property an easement in order to access the sewer line. In light of this, is it acceptable that our office move forward with a septic system repair?
