measures 31-4 (d) -Failure to take all reasonable measures 31-5 (b) -Unprotected exposed slopes Located on your property at the above address are erosion control issues that need to
be addresses immediately. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy any and all code violations before 11/12/2010 12:00:00AM. If the site
is not compliant by 11/12/2010 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine will be assessed beginning
11/9/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the County Subdivision Review
