There are no erosion control measures installed on your property at the above address to prevent off site sediment runoff. Sediment has washed onto the adjacent properties and storm drainage systems. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy any and all code violations before 11/11/2010 12:00:00AM. If the site is not compliant by 11/11/2010 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine will be assessed beginning 11/8/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the County Subdivision Review Board at P.O.Box 389, Newton, NC 28658.
