was made of property owned by you, have found the following violation(s): 31-13 -Failure to maintain erosion control measures 31-7 (e) -Insufficient measures to retain sediment on site
31-4 (d) -Failure to take all reasonable measures Install measures to prevent sediment from getting onto neighboring property ( into driveway and the pool) to the south. Reestablish
measures in the back of the house to prevent sediment from getting into the lake. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy any and all code
violations before 11/12/2010 12:00:00AM. If the site is not compliant by 11/12/2010 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on
hold and the attached fine will be assessed beginning 11/8/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of Violation may be appealed within
