A written response to the comments in the order they appear in this correspondence as well as
appropriate clouded revisions to the plans shall be provided.
1. (ITEM 1) — See Sheet CS.1 — Current Occupancy Revised to Mercantile instead of
Assembly.
2. (ITEM 2) — See Sheet CS.1 — Change of Occupancy — Mercantile changes to Assembly.
3. (ITEM 3) —See Sheet CS.1 — Occupancy Type is Revised from A3 to A-2.
4. (ITEM 4) — See Sheet CS.1 — Gross Building Area has been Revised to 1652 S.F.
5. (ITEM 5) — See Sheet CS.2 — Total Occupancy Calculation has been Revised to show
67 Occupants. This includes seating at Bar — (16) which was inadvertently omitted from
original Calculation.
6. (ITEM 6) — See Sheet A1.0 — Front and Rear Doors are accurately defined on Door
Schedule — Front 100A — Rear 104A.
7. (ITEM 7) — See Sheet A1.0 — Front Door Swing has been Revised to swing out. See also

CATAWBA COUNTY FIRE REVIEW:
1. See Building Review Comments above for Revisions to Sheet CS.1 Appendix B, which
address corrected Gross Square Footage & Occupancy Classification as A-2.
2. See Sheet CS.2 for Revised Occupancy Calculation.
3. A Knox Box will be located at the Front of the Building.
4. The Front Door has been changed to swing out and Panic Hardware has been added to
front and rear doors.
MAIDEN ZONING REVIEW:
1. Parking for the Facility will be served by on street parking on E. Main Street and by lot
across S. Main Ave.
