Inspection Report: Site investigation found illegally installed septic drainfield that was
failing. Tenants of the residence gave EH staff the property owner’s
phone number. After numerous attempts to contact the owner, we
spoke to him regarding the illegal system and failing drainfield.
Instructed him to apply for septic repair permit. Notice of Violation
was mailed 2/15/2021. Property owner applied for septic repair on
2/16/2021. Repair permit was issued 3/29/2021. To date, septic
system is still failing and repair has not been installed.
