failing. Sent NOV 9/1/10. 10/5/10 have not heard from owners
regarding septic repairs. Made another site visit, septic system still
failing. Will refer to legal.
Supervisor Assessment: Property owner signed for certified letter (NOV) on September 9,
2010. They have, to date, not responded in any way and have not
applied for a repair permit. Request legal action
