I explained what had happened with Mrs. Huffman’s property. He said the normal Duke protocol when clearing along Right of Ways depends upon the maintenance of the area. If the area is
regularly maintained (i.e. a lawn, landscaped yard) they will remove all debris from the site. If the area is more natural or “wild” they will cut and bush-hog but leave the debris in
