Section 44-803 - Junked Motor Vehciles
JUNK VEHICLES - there are vehicles that appear to meet the County's criteria of a junk vehicle. Please make arrangements
with me to verify status.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF
THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 10/14/2010. If the site is not compliant by 10/14/2010, all
associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of Public Health at P.O.Box
