Catawba County Code Compliance Technicians, after a visual inspection was made of property owned by you, have found the following violation(s): 31-7 (e) -Insufficient measures to retain
sediment on site 31-4 (d) -Failure to take all reasonable measures 31-5 (b) -Unprotected exposed slopes Erosion Control Measures not installed correctly -Measures required along slope
(by Zion Church Rd) to prevent sediment from leaving site. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy any and all code violations before 10/13/2010
12:00:00AM. If the site is not compliant by 10/13/2010 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine
will be assessed beginning 10/10/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice
