being so patient with us, we are highly concerned about this neighborhood and the growing amount of illegal business that is going on, sometimes he may not work at all during the daytime,
but after hours, last night for example there were several different cars there, with 3 -4 men, he was changing tires out in the yard with an impact wrench, he also back a white SUV
into the garage for to work on today, he has worked on cars most of the night at times, I know that it has to be proven by your department, but he is a sly character. The owner of the
park is, Mark Rowe and he has a partners name is Hugh _____, they are friendly with him, he does work on their vehicles. At the time that we saw the building going up, knowing in advance
that he is an auto mechanic, a bell goes off putting things together. we were right. We approached approached Mark and he would not talk to us, said to talk with his partner, my husband
did and he said he would get back with him, but never did. He is going to do as he pleases and will not stop until he is totally shut down, we know several neighbors that do not like
