Store #: 3958 — Hickory, NC Date: August 11, 2010
Type: Gold (e) wall finish: Sheet rock and tile
General Notes:
• Remove interior mirrors throughout sales floor.
• Remove all egg crate tiles and associated grid above coffee and beverage areas. Repair all damaged areas.
• Repair existing VCT the floor in sales floor as needed.
• Repair existing quarry tile floor sales floor as needed.
• Provide and install black rubber base around perimeter of sales floor in locations where rubber base
currently exist. Areas with tile base shall remain in tact unless otherwise noted.
• Provide electrical circuits for all new equipment shown on plan. Use existing circuits when available.
• Relocate electrical circuits and water connections with any relocated equipment.
• Clean up all exposed electrical conduit and WAN cabling throughout sales area.
• While re- finishing interior sales floor walls, be sure to keep all equipment access panels and doors in
operating condition.
• Review all trash cabinets and install "TRASH" decals on swinging doors if they do not currently exist.
Decals provided by The Pantry.
• Receive and install Mens and Womens restroom identification signs provided by The Pantry.
• GC is responsible for thorough cleaning of store upon completion of work.
Exterior Work

100) Exterior re- imaging provided under a separate scope of work.
101) Pressure wash site, building and canopy. Re- stripe parking lot.
102) Repair Dumpster Gates.
103) Remove Exterior awnings and clean where removed.
104) Pressure was building roof.

105) Paint exterior man doors beige.
General Sales Floor Work
200) Remove all existing interior wall graphics and wood trim pieces. Prep sheetrock walls to a level 3
sheetrock finish and prepare to receive wall covering. G. C. to receive and install Koroseal Boothill E
Bisque 5121 -31 per decor plans. k

201) Paint back room door, restroom doors and associated door frames black. ICI / Devoe Coatings K -4a
Black, Devflex HP Acrylic S /G, 4216 -9990 gallon, black — No Tint. Install Wilsonart 1595 -01 Gloss Black

plastic laminate over the door faces. Provide and install a 12" high stainless steel kickplate on both
sides of all doors. (laminate by The Pantry, kickplate, door hardware and paint by G.C.)

• Hollow Metal Door Frames
Hollow Metal Door and1rame surfaces shall be solvent wiped in accordance with SSPC SP -1
standards to remove all contaminants prior to coating. The surfaces shall be sanded using 120
grit paper to dull previously applied coatings and to smooth surface imperfections prior to
coating. Always follow manufacturers technical data sheet instructions unless otherwise
specified.
(1) One coat: Odorless Oil Primer /Sealer manufactured by Zinsser Co.
* Spot prime as needed on bare or damaged areas
*Primer color to be White
*Apply by brush or 3/16" shed resistant mohair or foam roller cover
(2) Two coats: Devguard 4308 Alkyd Industrial Gloss Enamel
* Finish color to be 4308 -9990 Black
* Apply by brush or 3/16" shed resistant mohair or foam roller cover
202) Re -lamp existing sales area light fixtures with GE SP41 ECO lamps. Re -tense existing 2x4 fixtures with
acrylic lenses.
203) Install LED lights on all cooler doors. Install G99 shelf extension brackets. (By The Pantry).
204) Install new ceiling tile. Armstrong #763 "Georgian" for 24" x 48" grid patterns and Armstrong #764
"Georgian for 24" x 24" grid patterns.
205) Cut sales counter and elevated platform back per plans. Relocate existing Veederroot to back room,
relocate existing PDI computer.
206) Build 64" high wall with ramp as indicated on plans. Provide and install oak cap on top of wall.
207) Install new rubber flooring on sales counter platform. Johnsonite Roundel Rubber Floor Tiles — Raised
Round style. Color to be black. Remove VCT the and prep raised platform per mfg installation specs.
Provide and install s.s. edge trim on all platform step -ups.
208) Install cigarette flex frames behind sales counter or modify existing fixures to be 60" high. (By The
Pantry). Height to be noted on plans. G.C. to clear area for an easy installation.
209) Install a 24" x 36" black picture frame to display all store operating licenses. Locate on walls with the
Silver Stone wall covering close to the sales counter. Confirm location with Pantry Project Manager.
Frame provided by The Pantry.
210) Install an 18" x 24" black framed employee bulletin board to display all store labor schedules and
reports. Locate close to PDI computer. Confirm location with Pantry Project Manager. Frame provided
by The Pantry.
211) Grind down and polish Terrazzo floors in sales area and restrooms
Bean Street Coffee Area
300) Re- furbish existing wood cabinets - Remove doors and install plastic laminate on cabinet frames -
Formica 2200 Dark Chocolate, Matte Finish. Install new cabinet doors wrapped with Formica 3699 -58
Rattan Cane plastic laminate — run grain vertically. Rattan Cane to be installed on cabinet ends as well.

301) Provide and install Daltile Modern Dimensions 412 modular (stacked vertically) 0771 -MT Cityline Kohl
from countertop up to 36" above countertop level. Provide and install Daltile Modern Dimensions
412 modular (stacked vertically) 0790 Arctic White from 36" above countertop to underside of
horizontal soffit. Grout to be Custom Building Products, Winter Gray # 335.
302) Receive and install 60" long trench drain as provided by The Pantry. Cut top as needed and connect to
existing under counter drain.
303) Provide and install under counter sump pump that can handle high heat liquids. Pipe overhead to
nearest utility sink. Connect to new sink (By G.C) and drain trough. Liberty Model 405 Commercial 115
volt.
304) Receive and install (3) Wilbur Curtis twin brewers per plans.
305) Receive and install new Royston built -in cup dispensers with black rings. Remove plastic condiment
holders that are built into cabinet and replace with cup dispensers.
306) Receive and install new countertop condiment holders.
307) Provide and install new solid surface top. Wilsonart Gibralter Caramel Melange — 9033ML 13MM. (By
The Pantry).
308) Install interior decor per design plans. Review adhesive spec sheet and mfg recommended installation
instructions with Pantry Project Manager. (By The Pantry).
Fountain Area
400) Re -build fountain wall for built -in fountain and FCB machines. Wrap all edges with stainless steel
corners, 18 gauge with a kick, brush finish. Receive and install built -in cup dispensers add built -in lid /
straw holders. Review dimensions with Pantry Project Manager prior to starting work.
401) Re- furbish existing wood cabinets - Remove doors and install plastic laminate on cabinet frames -
Formica 2200 Dark Chocolate, Matte Finish. Install new cabinet doors wrapped with Formica 3699 -58

604) Relocate all power poles coming down in the center of the sales counter. Verify location with Pantry
Project Manager.
605) Relocate all POS equipment per plans.
Restrooms
700) Thoroughly sanitize restrooms with a chemical enzyme cleaner — coordinate with Operations.
701) Remove condom dispensers and repair holes in wall.
702) Replace all tiles with holes as necessary. Reseal and anchor all restroom fixtures.
703) Provide and install new restroom partitions.

1) Barker 6' -4" self- contained upright FRESH case — 208v, 1 phase circuit.
2) (2) Sales counter merchandisers.
3) Soda dispenser — Lancer FS -44 120V, 5.2A outlet, 120V, 7.2A outlet for carbonator, %" water line with
shut off valve tee of off 3/4" main line. (Installed by The Pantry).
4) Remote Ice machine — Hoshizaki chewable ice. 120V, 20A circuit at ice machine with control wiring to
remote condenser. %z" water line with shut off valve from scale inhibitor. (Installed by The Pantry).
5) Remote Ice machine — Manitowoc Cubed Ice IB684C 22" wide. 115V, 15A circuit at ice machine with
control wiring to remote condenser. %" water line with shut off valve from scale inhibitor. (Installed by The
Pantry).
