On 06/15/2010, Catawba County staff investigated the above referenced property to determine if a violation of
County regulations was present. A detailed description of the violation(s) follows:

You have an off- premise sign without any permits and or you have replaced a previous sign. This is a violation of sec 44-565
of the Catawba County Ordinance. Our records indicate no prior permit for a sign. The sign does not meet the 16 square feet
allowed for off premise signs.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF CATAWBA COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 9/14/2010. If the site is not compliant by 9/14/2010, all associated
county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Planning Director at P.O.Box 389,
