THIS IS A VIOLATION OF CATAWBA COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
Please remedy any and all code violations before 9/2/2010. If the site is not compliant by 9/2/2010, all associated
county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Planning Director at P.O.Box 389,
