to prevent sedimentation damage including the following locations: 11. Comments: I met with Vincent Isenhour, Carroll Williams, and 2 people from the church. We discussed all the areas
that need to be addressed. Vincent has already dipped out all the ponds and needs to install the baffels back in the lower one beside the main road. They are going to install slope drains
and install a rock channel at the entrance. They are meeting with the City of Conover to discuss the water line into the building. Once the water line is installed and the power they
will install the stone base for the driveway. No activity since last inspection:
