Dear Mr. Lee:
I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge receipt of the sworn statement in proof of loss
which you sent to Bill Cutler, of RE Pratt and Company Insurance Adjusters, along with
your letter dated May 21, 2010. I understand that Mr. Cutler is working on the claim for
unscheduled personal property with Deanna Morzinski, of your office.
Please be advised that we still have a few details outstanding in the investigation of the
firelexplosion itself. We hope to resolve any remaining issues in the very near future and
expect to communicate with you further at that time.
In the interim, if you have any questions, or other issues, please communicate directly
with Bill Cutler.
Naturally, nothing in this letter is intended, or should be construed by you, to be a waiver of
any of the rights or defenses of N.C. Grange under the policy of insurance, to be a waiver of
any of the provisions or conditions of the insurance policy or to be an admission or denial of
liability or coverage under the policy. To the contrary, N-C. Grange will insist upon strict
compliance with all terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
