A detailed description of the violation(s) follows: Section 44-807 Junked motor vehicles regulated; removal authorize Junk Vehicle -there appears to be a vehicle that meets the criteria
of a Junk Vehicle -Please make arrangements with me to verify the status of this vehicle -Must operate under own power, or display current tag, or be stored within a structure, or removed
from property. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF CATAWBA COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44 Please remedy any and all code violations before 8/19/2010. If the site is not compliant by 8/19/2010,
all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold. Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the Director of
