Description: Sediment has left site outside the rpoerty lines to the SW. Slight sedimentation reached the creek about 600 ft from the edge of the property line.

10. Corrective actions needed: CB 3 does not have inlet protection according to plan. TST-2 not installed acording to plan. Outlet of culvert need to have rip rap apron installed. Gravel
construction entrance needs to have surge stone. Rock check dams at in let and out let sides need to be reestablished. Check dam Southwest of CB2 needs to be cleaned out and reestablished.
Area alonf Rock Barn Rd needs to be estalblised with ground cover. Other measurures might need to be put in to prevent any sediment from leaving site along the slopes and ditch along
Rock Barn Road. TST-1 Baffeles not installed.
