Corrective actions needed: Many of the roads, throughout Key harbor, have formed rills and will need to be stablized. The area at the end of Azalea (SB-1) needs to be stabilized. The culvert crossing will need repair measures installed to prevent sediment from getting into the creek. ST-6, on Colfax St, has a breech under silt fence that needs repaired. Further measures will need to be established at the stream ( southern most entrance on Racoon) to prevent sediment from getting into the stream. Some of the sediment traps and sediment basins will need to have some residing along the slopes. 11. Comments: Overall the site has improved significantly. Caroland Development and their partnters have done a great job on getting the site inot compliance. This site could come to closure with a few more measures and stabilization in areas mentioned above . Wes and Shep have both been helpful in getting the site stable.
