was made of property owned by you, have found the following violation(s): 31-5 (f) Failure to follow approved plan 31-5 (b) Unprotected exposed slopes 31-5 (d) Failure to provide adequate
groundcover 31-4 (d) Failure to take all reasonable measures The slopes of the sediment basin need to be stabilized, the baffels need to be installed and more stone needs to be added
to the construction entrance. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy any and all code violations before 8/6/2010 12:00:00AM. If the site
is not compliant by 8/6/2010 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine will be assessed beginning
7/19/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation. Notice of Violation may be appealed within 30 days by written notice to the County Subdivision Review
